Why I cannot detect or setup my wifi after factory reset?

[Android Central Question]

I have Asus Zenpad 8. I did a factory reset on my tablet and I think I forgot to logout my Google account. Now when I try to setup my tablet again, I couldn’t get through the Wifi setup. This step is right after selecting the language. On the screen, I only got ‘Turning on Wi-Fi...’ and I cannot even select the Wifi button to ON.

Please help
