I just got a new phone, and after finally being able to login to Google after contacting them, now my previously paid for apps are showing that I need to pay again. I have email records of paying for them from this same account. As soon as I got my new phone, I factory reset my old phone, and at first, the play store wasn't even recognizeing that I had apps installed at all, and showed no history. I forced stopped play store and restarted it, now it shows my current apps, but still no history from the account.
