When I save/download picture from browser on my phone, it saves as photo.php.jpg
Then, after getting the pop-up message that it is saved, when I try to open it, I get message that media doesn't exists. It is not there in gallery also.

It was working fine couple of days back with proper names too.

Welcome to Android Central! Which browser are you using? Or is it possibly you're downloading the image using the Google search app? If the latter, go to Settings>Apps, select Google, then Permissions, and make sure Storage is turned on.
