    EXTREMELY hard to help with this without more specific info, unfortunately. In general, if the WiFi button never becomes available, that usually means there is some hardware issue with your phone. If you do see WiFi networks but can't connect to them, you need to make sure you're using the right credentials. You can try also turning off Bluetooth to make sure there is no interference, especially with 2.4GHz networks.
