Can anyone help me solve my secure folder issue on my S9?

Hey guys, for some reason my secure folder will only let me move media to the secure folder but it wont let me move my media out of the secure folder.. Anyone know whats up? This has just recently happened, just a couple days ago I was able to do this, now it doesn't even give an option to remove from the secure folder..
