Galaxy S10 SM-T800 If I remove back and disconnect battery and reconnect and the reboot works fine as long as I don't move the unit too much.

If you keep the unit on desktop after reboot and don't move it works fine. Acts like loose connection. New battery, new USB jack about 2 months ago.

I'm not providing much data so if you need more please advise.
Thank you in advance for any suggestions.

First, is there an objection to taking it to a repairer?

It certainly sounds like a loose connection - the cable from the display to the motherboard. (It could also be a badly soldered component on the motherboard, but that would take a bit of shock, like rapping, not just movement.)
