Why dose my music only play in one ear

I have a new s8 and my headphones only work on one ear, I have tried using other headphones but still the same

Does it do it only on wired headphones? If so, you're either not plugging them in all the way or your headphone port is damaged. If it does it on both wired and wireless (BT) headphones, you probably have the MONO option active in the accessibility settings of your phone or moved the Balance slider of the built-in Equalizer if it's active.
