I've seen scratch tests for the front screen, but not the back. I cannot find details on what kind of glass is used on the back. Is it the same as the front?

It's probably Gorilla-breaks-if-you-drop-the-phone glass. I've seen a lot of reports of broken back glass on different manufacturers' phones. And the usual repair is to disassemble the entire phone to get the old glass off. (Reminds me of a car they installed the screw holding the accelerator cable clamp on before the engine was mounted. Replacing the clamp - a 50 cent part - required removing the engine and transmission. It's called "not designed for repairability", and manufacturers love it. $600 for a 50 cent clamp and 20 minutes of labor? Or $150 for a $2 piece of glass and 5 minutes labor? Talk about profit.)
