Get more free storage?

I have a 32G Galaxy S7, which is running very slow after recent updates. It takes longer time to open apps such as eBay, Amazon. What i have done:

1. Delete unused apps
2. Clean App caches
3. Backup photos to Google Drive.

Is there any other method to get more storage?

Move media files to a storage card, perhaps?

un install unused apps or force stop them. Or use a partition memory card. or you can turn to cloud storage.

I did follow the tips in the link but it doesn't do much help

There have been a lot of complaints in general about the Oreo update for the S7, so it might just be a problem with the update. Does it also run slow in Safe Mode? https://support.t-mobile.com/docs/DOC-28008. You won't be able to test any 3rd party apps in Safe Mode, but at least you can see how basic apps work.

Delete some videos from your phone .
