I have motorola turbo I drop in water today like to get it refurbish is that possible You have a ideal what it cost & where do i send it Thank you Jerry Tharp

If you took the time to post here after the phone got wet, it's probably too late. What it would cost to "refurbish" it is more than a new phone would cost. (They take everything inside the phone, throw it out and replace it. But the labor isn't 3 bowls of rice a day, it's more like $75/hour or more.)
