Android Central Question

I'm booting andorid_N source on x-86 platform, ext2 formatted pen-drive is connected to platform. Then after system is giving notification, corrupted pen-drive but I'm able to mount the device through adb connection. Pen-drive is detected in /dev/block/sdc and I'm using the following command to mount the pen-drive.

mount /dev/block/sdc /data/mnt/

Could you please somebody help on how to make the pen-drive detected on booting itself.
