Why is my qlink phone say qlink featured apps continuing buffing

Qlink featured apps are just buffing and buffing how do I stop this

Buffering? That's because the internet connection between you and the server you're connecting to is slow. It has very little to do with the device or the apps.

Welcome to Android Central! Is it an app called "Q Link Featured Apps"? Is this happening on wi-fi or mobile data? If it's on wi-fi, have you tried it on a different (faster) wi-fi network?
