Muffled speakers due to water damage

It had been 2 days before I realized that my speakers got damaged what do I do now?

Welcome to Android Central! If those measures don't help, then you'd have to bring the phone to a repair shop to see if they can fix it. It won't be covered under warranty, since it's water damage.
