    When i bought new battery phone, and i use multimeter to detect the voltage, it says 3.3V. so, when i put or use it into my phone, i can't charge it. the display charge won't came up.Can u help me to solve the question and how to fix it? my phone is samsung gt P-3100

    Perhaps it’s a bad or low-quality battery? You haven’t told us where you bought it or anything.

    Plug the charger in for about an hour, then see if it's come up any. At that voltage, it has to be pre-charged. A few phones are capable of pre-charging. If not, return it for a refund - it's a bad battery. (Almost all external chargers can pre-charge, but these days, there are no more removable batteries. (If yours is, this one is less than $3 (plus shipping if you're not a Prime customer - so buy enough to get to $40 for free shipping).
