Double sim card Samsung J6 (2018) - card Nr 1 for mobile data; card Nr 2 - calls and texts. When hotspot is on to provide mobile data (from Sim card 1) to my other devices it all works good. Until I make a phone call (from Sim card 2). During a phone call mobile data suddenly is not available. Please advise if you are familiar with such situation and can it be fixed. Thank you!

Welcome to Android Central! According to the specs, that phone is dual SIM standby, not dual SIM active. What this means is that in dual standby, either SIM can be ready to make or receive a call -- however, once one of the SIMs is active, the other becomes inactive for the duration of the call. Dual active means that both can function at the same time. In your case, since it's dual standby, once you make a call on one SIM, the other one will become temporarily inactive (which is why you lose that SIM card's mobile data signal).
