OTA update with Cricket phone and AT&T sim card

[Android Central Question]

I have two cricket galaxy S4 phones, Cricket does not have a Lollipop OS update(they are still running Kitkat). If I put an AT&T sim card in the Cricket phones will they get the AT&T OTA Lollipop update? If so will there be any issues when I put my cricket sim's back in?

is Not easy to predict what would happens,.if you do this and That, so the
best course of action is - Proceed with your ideas to verify the result
What is known is that: Google restrict access to older phones

to be Updated to newest OS like Lollipop, Nougat, Oreo,.Etc. But as
you know it..These phones still operate ok but get No updates
