Why dont all of my text go through?

I'm in the Central Time zone, and my Android Motto Z won't send text messages to an iPhone 6S in the mornings or late at night.

Welcome to Android Central! How do you know it won't send? Does it tell you it failed to send, or does the recipient say they didn't receive anything?
