how can I remove the gray circle with the message cloud from my Android screen

The annoying circle on my Android screen is grey and has a white message cloud on the inside you can move the circle when you mash the circle there is a play button that comes on I want it to be gone from my screen how do I do that

Welcome to the forums. Go to the accessibility settings and make sure that 'select to speak' is disabled.
