T Mobile LG K30 does not work in Taiwan

Hi, I have an LG K30 phone. Just couple of days ago I traveled to Taiwan and couldn't use the data roaming service that T Mobile offers in that country. First, I did not receive a roaming welcome text message from T mobile when I arrived. And during my stay in Taiwan, I could randomly connect to 4G data network for a couple of seconds and then lost the data connection completely. Most of the time I did not have any data connection at all. A friend that traveled with me has an iPhone 6 and the data roaming worked just fine on his iPhone in Taiwan. Does anyone have the same issue? Any Suggestion to solve the problem?

That's a T-Mobile problem, not an Android problem. You should call T-Mobile when you're having the problem. They could have something down temporarily, the service may cover only a certain area - only they can help you with that.
