Android Central Question

Hi, I have Japanese version of HTC U11 from softbank

I recently unlocked this phone so I can use another sim card from Docomo (I used it) and now I'm switching back to softbank sim card.

Problem is, I somehow can't connect the line like I used to, I even factory reset my phone to make sure.

is there any solution to this?

Welcome to Android Central! Go to Settings>Mobile Networks>Network Operators. Is Softbank showing up, or is it still Docomo?

Hi, I'm the one who created this question,

I saw a couple of network operators such as softbank and docomo, when I choose softbank it says it denies me or cant connect to the network.

I also noticed another apn profile of the top I created apn for my newly sim card and it has lock icon on it.

Have you tried calling Softbank's support team? They might know of a setting on that phone that controls which network it's locked to.
