Turn off these annoying hints?

I'm on a S8 and I've disable Bixby and, using Button Mapper, I remapped it to be a Home/Back button, but if I go back to home with a keyboard active, I continuously get this popup "start dictation mode by pressing and holding the bixby key", this isn't the only hint that comes up, the one about popup video players too. How do I tell my phone to stop offering me hints?
