Stuck on Boot-screen & Can't Access Recovery Mode

[Android Central Question]

So, I have a problem with my Android tablet trying to boot up. Logo screen appear and disappear infinite times. I've already tried removing the battery and putting it back (it's charging) but i cant enter recover and download mode. Is there anything I can do ?
