I tried to download many apps in my phone on Google play store.
But I can't download any app.
When I am using WiFi of my tab at that time I can download but using Internet of my phone I can't download.
Using Internet when I put any app to download it just showing that the app is downloading but app isn't installing.
Welcome to Android Central! Try going to Settings>Apps, select Google Play Store, tap Storage, and Clear Cache/Clear Data, then Force Stop. Do the same for Download Manager -- you probably have to tap Menu>Show System to see it. Now try again.
Do you otherwise have any problems accessing the web via mobile data?
