I have a new phone how can I get back to my candy crush saga levels where I left off

Welcome to Android Central! If the phone has some kind of cloud-save feature, and if you had actually logged into whatever account it uses to save your progress to, that would be ideal. If it doesn't save progress to the cloud, then you could try using an app like Helium to backup all of the app data, and then restore it to the new phone.

This isn't the case for all games, but if you can find a user-accessible data directory for the game using a file manager, you might find some save game files. If you do, you could copy them to your computer hard drive or upload them to Google Drive, then transfer them to the new phone (into the exact same directory) and hope the game can read them. I was able to do this with my daughter's Minecraft worlds.
