I have a Huawei Y9 phone which was working perfectly until 12th October 2018. I did nothing special from my side recently. Suddenly the phone went blank when I tried to answer the phone. Then I had to restart the phone make it function again with a long press on the power button. Even after restart, when I tried to make a call the same thing happened. The affected call is not there in the phone call list. After about one hour, it became possible to make and answer calls. But without any special trigger, the same cycle repeated several times.
Then I uninstalled several apps, but no success. There is enough free space left.
Finally I had a factory reset. Then it worked about 12 hours without any issue. Then again the issue occured in the sa** way. What can I do. Please help.
