My ZTE Axon 7 power is draining really fast without any use.

I got my ZTE Axon 7 like 2 years ago and for the past month it's battery is draining really fast and shutting down claiming 0% battery at either 41%, 67%, or 91%. I looked at the apps that use up more battery and force stopped them all. But it didn't help. I also can't leave my phone Idle without a charger because after 10 minutes on no use it shuts off and won't turn on without a charger and when i charge it the display always says like 67% battery but i'm pretty sure it's lying. Is there something i did wrong? I think after using ultra power saving mode every time it got to 30% (normally) when i'm out of the house might've done something but i'm not sure.

It could simply need a new battery.
What do your battery usage stats indicate as using the charge?
