Why do my call take so long to dial out

When I dial a number to call out it's dialing but takes a long time to contact

Usually this is due to a weak signal, with the phone having issues establishing a connection. If you had a good signal but it still happens anywhere you go, I'd call your carrier (may likely need to do so from a different phone so you can work their troubleshooting steps). They can look into things better and will have more info than we do to help you.

Or just bring the phone to them and ask for assistance. Some carriers have associates who actually know what they're doing.
