My Galaxy S9 is saying that rooting is detected, i can't use a lot of the features because of this such as samsung pay, or even the google one, even Samsung browser is denying access to the incognito function, I've used several root check apps and they all say that my device isnt rooted, I also checked the playstore and as I feared by device is not certified, when I got the phone however none of these problems occurred and my device WAS certified, I was messing around playing with custom OS for it and messed up, after I reflashed the original android OS my problems started to occur, note that I have flashed the same exact OS onto this phone in the past and had no issues, it's really bugging me that I cant use alot of the basic features and I'm worried that other important apps I use might start denying access in future updates so I'd like to get this fixed

So it was certified, then you changed the OS, then roo... I mean flashed the phone with something that worked on this phone in the past, or a different phone in the past?
