I got a new S9 a week ago (upgrade from S8) I have been unable to set up my proprietry email address using both Outlook and Samsung's proprietary email account. I have been working with my ISP to assure all the server settings are correct (they are). I've changed the password. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the apps. I tried loading it onto my son's S9 and still the same error: unable to connect to server. This is crippling my productivity. Two-factor authentication is off and I cannot find ANYWHERE in any of the settings what could possibly be blocking access to the dreamhost server. Please help!

Have you tried in a different app (like GMail or Nine)? What about in a different non-S9 device? Just trying to figure out if it's a device-specific issue or an account one (like you already reaching the max number of allowed devices or your network somehow blocking access or something).
