My lenovo tab is frozen.

It was actually given to me from my coaching institution with theri own application installed and nothing else. I factory restored it using the hard reset method. But all things were written in 'Chinese language' so **I probably did something wrong**. Second time when I tried to hard reset it, it was in English so I was very easily able to reset my device. But when it opened up all I could see was black background and the battery on the notification bar nothing else... Touchscreen also not working.

ADB is also not working as I can find my tab on my computer when I connect it using a cord.
