My galaxy S7 was locked to Sprint but I had a company unlock it for me and I now use T-Mobile. Everything works great, however, in the hotspot advanced options, I am only given the option of "1". Can someone please help me with this?

Don't you just tap the little arrow to open the drop down menu and change it?

    Or is that not working?

Yes, unfortunately it only gives the option of "1" in the drop down menu.

Hotspot is an app, like any other app. Evidently yours only gives you the option of one connection. Try another hotspot or tethering app.

Although I have tried a few different ones, I will keep searching to find one that works. Thank you!
