Android Central Question

For some reason my telephone tries to pair a bluetooth that is not avaiable. I have tried to unpair or erase and is just not possible. Is not giving me the option. I also have tried erasing data and caché and doesn't work!!!. Need help. Is there a way thatI can reset the bluetooth even if I erase all paired devices?

Welcome to Android Central! When that Bluetooth device isn't nearby, go to Settings>Bluetooth and look for the list of previously connected devices. Does the problem Bluetooth device show up there? If so, tap the gear icon next to it -- you don't see a Forget Device option there?
