    Welcome to Android Central! I'm not sure what you mean by "garbage bin" -- Android doesn't have anything similar to the Recycle Bin in Windows. Certain apps might have a Trash option (like Google Photos), but there's no system recycle bin.

    The Application Manager, should be in the system setttings. You can't find it there? Or are you talking about a "task killer" app/widget (which is largely unnecessary in Android)?

    Actually it's kind of worse than useless in Android. If Android wants an app to be in RAM, the app is going to be in RAM, even if you manually kill it. Android just loads it again, slowing the phone and wasting battery.
