When I first got my S9 I had a button in my navigation bar while playing games that turned off the screen but kept the game running. Now that I have customized the phone, that option is no longer showing up on my phone. Does anyone know how I turned that off and how I can turn it back on?
My husband's Note 8 has the game tools bar for this but we noticed that the S9 doesn't have the same feature.

I don't know about the Note 9, but there's an app named Proximity Service that will do about the same thing. Just lay the phone down face down, or put something near where your ear goes, and the screen shuts off. (The count-down to lock also stops.)
