Helpppp! Theres a grey rectangular box at the bottom right corner of my pixel 2

Has anyone experienced this with their pixel 2 device ?. Ever since updating it to android P, there's this grey rectangular box that keeps popping up when I press the bottom right area ( where the navigation bar used to be). It will not appear it I don't press that area.

I just tried mine - no box. Have you tried going into safe mode (long-press power, long-press restart, choose safe mode)? If it goes away, it's an app you installed.

Yea I've tried all of that and it's not it. The only temporary solution I found was to just restart my phone. But even that, it will be gone for a couple of days and then it will appear again.
