Wifi turend off automatically - TOYOTA COROLA

[Android Central Question]

Hello

I have TOYOTA COROLA 2017 with multimedia Android 4.2.2
To turn on WIFI , I need to enter technician code, but the WIFI automatically turned to OFF.

Is someone know how to fix this problem ?

Welcome to Android Central! I'm assuming this is an aftermarket head unit, correct? What's the exact brand name and model number?

And how would wifi work when you're on the road? It will work in the shop - most car dealers have internal wifi in the entire shop, maybe more than just one LAN - but on the road there's no wifi signal. Which it's probably a technician function.

I figured the OP might be trying to use their phone as a hotspot, and wants to turn on the head unit's wi-fi in order to connect to that hotspot.
