    hi

I have just purchased xiaomi PocoPhone which runs clear android system. I have downloaded an app that I want to permanently run in the background.

is there any why of making a specific app to now being closed when tapping the "close all" button ?

Yes, but you'd have to write a lot of Linux code to do that. There's no app that would do it unless that's the only app you want running (then you can use any "kiosk app).

"Apps" that permanently run in the background are actually "services". Their purpose is to provide extra functionality for the foreground (visible) app.

Some apps, like music players, will run in a minimized state via the notification bar so that other apps can be the foreground app.

Either way, if the app you have does not behave has you desire, you need to send an email to the programmer requesting the enhancement.
