Huawei p10lite battery

[Android Central Question]

During the day the battery lasts ok on my P10lite. However, if I leave it at night and its on say 85%, in the morning it's at 40%.. Ive looked through the settings and apps and I can't find anything so what could be doing this and how do I go about rectifying it?

What do your battery usage stats indicate as having used the charge? That's in Settings, Battery.
