GM Chevy Tahoe 2017 brand new wireless charger doesnt charge my S7

Called Chevy dealership they said not compatible BUT my husband S7 charges perfectly both bought at us cellular. Tried the turning of the mat around on the hand rest still nothing.

If the dealership said "supported", you could bring it in to them (both the Tahoe and your phone) and ask them to make it work, but I don't think bringing the Tahoe and your husband';s phone in and asking, "Then why do these work?" will get you anywhere, Consider your husband's phone working a bonus, and find a charger that works for both of them.
