What packages can I apply to my device and my device is a ZTE Greyjoy light

I am attempting to use a ZTE Greyjoy Life phone with my T-Mobile SIM card due to my phone being damaged or destroyed although the ZTE will not allow me to get past the previous users identity? Because I factory reset the phone it wants me to use an email or number that was once previously synced two said ZTE. How do I Rectify this problem so I can regain use of a film
