I am attempting to use a ZTE Greyjoy Life phone with my T-Mobile SIM card due to my phone being damaged or destroyed although the ZTE will not allow me to get past the previous users identity? Because I factory reset the phone it wants me to use an email or number that was once previously synced two said ZTE. How do I Rectify this problem so I can regain use of a film

Welcome to Android Central! That's Factory Reset Protection, which is intended to discourage thieves from stealing a phone and doing a simple factory reset to make it their own. You need to get the previous owner to help you input their Google account and password in. There's no way to bypass this.
