Why are my hotkeys not working?

I have a Gionee S6s and its hotkey are sometimes slow and sometimes not even working. I tried many fixatures but nothing worked. Its speaker has also some weird sounds coming while any other sound is being played.Help me out.

Welcome to Android Central! I assume you mean the capacitative buttons at the bottom of the phone. Does this persist in Safe Mode? On most Android devices, while powered on, press and hold Power until the Power Off menu appears. Press and hold the Power Off selection until the Safe Mode prompt appears. Tap OK. (It's possible that Safe Mode isn't possible on your phone -- some Chinese manufacturers don't have a Safe Mode, which is baffling to me.)
