I can't log into my phone, it is frozen. I have insurance so I'm sending it in and assume they will send me a new one. Since it is froze, I can't do a factory reset or anything with it. Do I need to change the password on all my apps? I do have a numeric passcode on the phone itself. I'm asking because I'm assuming when they get the phone they may be able to unfreeze it and would then have access to the info in all my apps which are all logged into.

I would change the pw to any app on the phone, especially your Google main account. Go to a desktop and sign the phone off, and turn on 2 factor authentication while you're there. If they say they need it, bs.

Standard repair procedure, if it's possible, is to do a factory reset. If not, they flash the ROM - that gets rid of everything. Then they do a factory reset anyway. That gets rid of the nothing that's left. It can't hurt to change passwords on everything - apps and sites - every 6 months anyway.
