why does my samsung tablet turn on Google talk

[Android Central Question]

Google talk randomly turns on when I am on my tablet & then freezes my whole screen & wont turn off unless I plug it into the charger, then the screen becomes active again, Tried deleting Google apps completely but problem still comes back!!!

Welcome to Android Central! Are you talking about TalkBack? https://support.google.com/accessibility/android/answer/6283677?hl=en&ref_topic=3529932. Which tablet? Since TalkBack can be activated by pressing and holding Volume buttons for 3 seconds, it might be that your tablet's Volume buttons are faulty, and stuck in a pressed state. Have you noticed problems adjusting volume lately?

You can disable TalkBack by going to Settings>Apps, selecting TalkBack, then tapping Disable. That should prevent it from working.
