Samsung Galaxy s7 Edge - Reddish screen

So I've had this phone for almost 3 years now. Well, It was actually my sibling's, he gave it to me a month ago, whatever. A week ago, I noticed that the screen is kinda reddish. It makes everything look a bit more red than it actually is, hope you know what I mean. It's pretty annoying. Also, the instagram's home button is like copied to the screen. I read that those are dead pixels - pixels with different colors. My sibling told me he didn't drop the phone, he didn't keep the screen light on max, and he didn't leave the same picture for a long time on a turned on screen ( Guess these are a few reasons to get dead pixels ). Can I fix it somehow? Or it's going to need a repair? I could post a pic if you don't get it.
