    I switch carriers, had Samsung 5 mos, I own it, metro says I have to have it 6 consecutive mos before they'll unlock. Help! Metro customer 5 yrs.!! Now consumer cell.,how can metro not unlock my phone??

    Under service requirements is this -

    Your handset must have had active service for a minimum of one hundred eighty (180) consecutive days from the individual phone’s activation date.
    They're following their policy..

    They must have changed their policy. It used to be 90 days
