Installing Android Studio on a Chromebook -- Samsung XE500C13

Hello,

I am excited to install android studio on my chromebook and have the Samsung XE500C13 and I am not able to execute the shell command in the terminal. My first question is will my chromebook support it? I have Linux penguin 4.19.

I am a novice to linux and android studio and looking to learn.

Second, can you point me to directions on how I can install to my chromebook.

I see directions on the need to do a mount to an SFTP drive, but now idea how to get access to a linux server.
