My Alcatel pixi 4 7" tablet wont charge

When I put my tablet for charge I have to make sure that the tablet is standing against the wall otherwise it won't charge. it has been on charge since 16:00 of the 10th of October and when I looked at it at 21:00 it had gone from 40% to 18% and so I then left it the rest of the night and when I woke up at 7:30 of the 11th of October it had gone down to 2%. I then swapped my chargers and at 9:10 it went up to 17%, I went on it to check something and ever since then instead of it charging it is decreasing in battery even without me using it !!!!! What do I do? Should I take it into the shop or not ?

If different charger leads make no difference, the USB port or something else inside may need repair.
