Android Central Question

I have over 200 MBs left on my phone and Google Play tells me I need about 313 MBs to install a 32 MB update.

The amount of storage space my phone says it needs has increased from 300MBs to 313MBs despite me freeing up more storage space.

It tells me that I have over 200 MB left on the update screen but when I go to update it tells me I need over 300MB more.

All other apps work and save as normal.

(Android 4.3)

Can you help?

You do need to free up some more space, 313mb is a tiny amount, have a look at deleting some cache, and if your phone supports an sd card move pictures, music ect to a card.

Welcome to Android Central! The system needs to keep a certain amount of space free for its own data caching as well, which is usually around 300-500 MB.
