Samsung A3 2016 keeps resting the home screen to default, why?

When I customize my home screen on my A3 2016 it resets itself to default after couple of days usually when using camera. Also been having a problem with camera not focusing but that was resolved by dumping the cache in the root setting.

Welcome to Android Central! So the phone is rooted? Are you running a custom ROM, or have you deleted any system apps?

Neither of those. Everything is as default. No system apps deleted. I simply pick my apps I want to have on my home screen, organise the layout however it resets itself to default after while. Got a feeling that it is somehow connected to the problems with camera which can be solved by dumping the phone 's cache. Now running android 7.0
